LVAC Woman
One of our proudest achievements is LVAC Woman. This gym-within-a-gym is designed for our women members to exercise on equipment tailored just for them. LVAC Woman offers state of the art cardio, weight training (which is designed to fit women to a tee) and core training equipment. With a sea of treadmills, ellipticals and stationary bikes, there is never a wait for a machine. LVAC Woman is spacious, private and clean with a wall of TV monitors so you can see your children in our Playroom or watch your favorite show while getting in shape. The best part is that our Women's Training Specialists are available to answer your questions and make getting fit easy and fun. |
